Get error messages during install Have tried to install it on Windows XP and Windows Vista Ultimate computers with the same error message on both. Downloaded from your site as well as CNET but it made no difference. Sent an email to tech support and they asked me if I had some setting in the program turned on and I replied 'No'. That was Wednesday of last week and I have not heard from anyone since. Seems like it might be a program we could use if we could ever get some help getting it to work. I want a messenger that does not communicate ...

While I found the product worked as claimed, some missing features made me turn elsewhere for a network sniffer.1) I couldn\'t sort results by columns, so grouping events was not possible.2) I couldn\'t find a search dialog to look for particular events.Perhaps these things can be done in some other way with the product, but because I couldn\'t find them (the product\'s \'help\' seemed minimal) I turned to another of the many products out there and found what I was looking for.

It\'s a useful tool, it would be better if can detect my wireless dongle.

I was a bit disappointed to discover that EtherSnoop won't detect my wireless adapter; this is why I tried it. I think that Visual Sniffer seems to decode packets better, though I didn't really use the product in any depth.Thanks.

First of all exuse me for my bad english because I'm a french educated I wanna ask if it's possible to make the nesxt version of this nice software capable to add winks files from a file on my pc I downloaded this software because I have about 850 winks in a folder on my pc. That I got them from a forum but I didn't recognize how to install them. Anyway. Thanks. And hope u'll help me in this issue. My regards for you.

Overall comments After waiting for four days and having to contact SWReg.com to get the unlock (registration) code, the program worked as advertised with no problems. However, given the limited capabilities of the program, paying a premium (about US$3.50) to remit payment by Paypal is excessive. I have since imported winks in both the .MJW and .MCO foirmats and the program handles both equally well. If you really like to use winks, this is an easy way to get and use them.

How can I tell without the unlock key I paid for this program via Paypal two days ago and still have not received the registration key. Once I get it I can evaluate the program. Why does it take so long to get the registration key?
